1:1 health Coaching

Lose weight without counting or restricting.

Imagine fully engaging in your life, deciding on purpose how you want to feel, and losing weight without ever dieting again. Learning to maintain your weight at a place you love is one of the most valuable skills to live your life to the fullest and is one of the best kept secrets for longevity.

This is possible for you! It doesn’t need to be hard and I want to help you keep loving the way you look and feel simple.

It’s time to ditch the diet for GOOD.

  • If you know you are “being good” all day but then stress and emotional eating is sabotaging your efforts at night, you don’t need a diet to reach your goal.

You need support in managing your stress and cravings.  This is what is standing between you and a simple plan helping you to lose weight for the last time.

how it works

  • Body Awareness

Tuning in and noticing your unique hunger cues will change the game for you. You can lose weight AND enjoy your life.

No more counting calories, macros, carbs or points!

  • thought work

Everything flows from your thoughts. We will examine limiting beliefs and I will teach you how to choose your thoughts on purpose.

Watching your thoughts take form in your life will blow your mind and I cannot wait to witness that for you.

  • Refine Daily Habits

The most important habits to create a healthy lifestyle are: sleep, movement, nutrients, water, stress and relationships.

Let’s finally create a simple daily plan to support your goals that fits best within your current season of life.

  • "Working with Ellie has been an absolute game-changer for me. After years of considering coaching, I finally took the leap, and I'm so glad I did. Ellie's approach is truly transformative. She has this incredible knack for delving into the core of your thoughts and emotions, helping you uncover the root of your beliefs. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attentive listening create a safe space where you can explore and grow. Whether it's in life, business, or family matters, Ellie's guidance is invaluable. I can't recommend her enough."

  • "I was initially hesitant to work with Ellie because I've tried it all and it's never worked... or it's worked for a while and then I'd get thrown off and go back to my old ways. After a few sessions with Ellie, I can see the light. I'm finally able to listen to my body - I now stop eating when I'm full and have begun to unravel the stories I've been telling myself for years about food. For the first time in my life, the "volume" to the food noise is quieting down."

  • Coaching with Ellie was so beneficial for me and I’m so glad I prioritized it. Overall, it helped me shift my mindset and perspective on aspects of motherhood and I’m now able to implement the skills she taught me in my day to day life. It has been so important that I will be passing on these life long skills to my kids as well. I would 100% recommended Ellie’s coaching to friends and family and I’m so grateful for her wisdom and insight. I feel like I am no longer just surviving early motherhood but now thriving!

  • Ellie's coaching has been a revelation. She uses a psychology approach rather than focusing on the foods that I can no longer have. You will leave with not only hitting your goals, but understanding why the goals exist. The happiness first approach has changed my understanding of diets and allowed me to find a system that works and FEELS GOOD!

  • “Thank you for your time and friendship. I appreciate your help in reframing my vision from a number on a scale to a feeling of being in a comfortable body that allows me to love the way I look and feel. Over the past 12 weeks, I’ve noticed a reduction in anxiety around food and an increased awareness of my hunger cues. While I’m still working on letting go of negative thoughts about my body and weight, I’m more mindful of them when they arise.”

about me

In my early 20s, I thought losing weight would fix everything.

I thought I could fix my feelings and be happy by losing the “freshman 15” that I put on in college. I tried to lose weight through:

  • south beach

  • counting calories

  • weight watchers

  • weird African diet pills

  • pretending to be French (anyone else remember “French Women Don’t Get Fat”?)

Because I was avoiding the inner work to match my weight loss, the weight always came back and sometimes I would gain even more than I had lost.

Through hunger cues, mindful thoughts, and a simple, sustainable daily routine, I lost the weight — and this time, it stayed off. I’ve used the same approach after having three babies (yes, I gained 40 lbs each time!) and came back feeling stronger and more grounded than ever.

Today, I’m a certified 500-hour yoga teacher who loves weaving mindfulness, grace, and real-life practicality into my coaching. Also, important facts: I love coffee, chocolate, and sourdough!

This work has changed my life and now, I’d be honored to help you change yours.

FAQs

  • Great question — and you’re not alone. Most of my clients have already tried several diets or plans before we work together. But here’s the thing: most plans tell you what to eat and when, ignoring the most powerful feedback tool you already have — your hunger cues. In this program, we focus on listening to your body instead of overriding it. We also gently explore the thoughts that have made it hard to stay consistent. One shift at a time, you’ll start to see how doable — and powerful — this approach really is.

  • Nope! This isn’t about restriction — but I do encourage reducing processed foods, not because they’re “bad,” but because your body responds differently when it's fueled with real, whole foods. When your blood sugar is stable and your meals are nourishing, it becomes so much easier to follow your hunger cues and feel in control. I follow an 80/20 approach — mostly whole foods, with plenty of room for joy, flexibility, and the occasional treat.

  • The beauty of this approach is that it fits right into your daily rhythm — no extra meal prepping, double cooking, or endless planning. You’re already eating every day — we’re just bringing more intention to it. The only thing you’ll add is jotting down what you ate, when, and how you felt. It might feel new at first, but within a few days, most clients find it actually saves time (and mental energy) by replacing stress with structure and self-awareness.

  • No counting, no math, no apps. I do ask clients to jot down what they eat, their hunger level before and after, and sometimes their emotions while eating. It’s not about control — it’s about connection. This gentle awareness helps you tune into your body and uncover patterns, without obsessing over calories or carbs.

  • This approach is designed for real life — not perfection. You eat every day, and you’re never “starting over.” There’s no wagon to fall off of here. If you have a heavier meal one day, you don’t need to restrict or “make up for it” — you simply keep tuning in. Your body always knows what it needs, even when your mind feels tired or unsure. And if sticking with things has been hard in the past, we’ll coach through it together — one gentle step at a time.
